This is a warm, welcoming and informal bistro which has been serving good food to Bath’s citizens and visitors for more than 30 years. Comfortably situated in a series of rooms rambling along at the garden level of a Georgian terrace, there are cosy corners for couples, rooms for private parties, and a sunny patio for warm days and evenings. The a la carte menu includes fresh fish, steaks, casseroles, vegetarian dishes and delicious home-made puds, starting at about £20 for three courses. The express menu, available lunchtime and early evening, £10 for two courses, £13 for three. Open every evening 5:30-11:00 (Sun 5:00-10:00) lunch Monday to Saturday 12:00-2:00pm. |
