The Rajpoot was established in 1980 and is regarded as one of Britain's finest Indian restaurants. Over the last 25 years it has won numerous national and international awards, including "Best in Britain" and "Les Routier Restaurant of the Year".
Divided into three rooms, "Kamra", "India Cottage" and "Old India", each with its individual character you really do feel as if you are in India.
However it is the food that has earned the Rajpoot so much acclaim. There are many exotic dishes, each one a tasting experience. Here are but a few that are popular with our customers: Jhal Noorpuri, Jaflong, Chicken Chilli Garlic and Fish Rangamati.
